Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• In its original condition
• Unused and undamaged
• Returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

We cover all shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.

Refunds
